Mexico: Jalisco Cartel Chief ‘El Mencho’ Killed in Army Operation
Nemesio “El Mencho” Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, founder of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, was killed by Mexican federal forces during an operation in Jalisco. Four CJNG operatives died in the firefight, with three others including El Mencho succumbing to injuries en route to Mexico City.
