MetLife Investment Management has finalized its purchase of PineBridge Investments from Pacific Century Group, creating a combined entity managing $734.7 billion in assets. The deal, valued at up to $1.2 billion and announced in December 2024, excludes PineBridge’s private equity and China JV, with over half of assets from non-US investors.
